Who We Are

Rocco Digital LLC is an AI product studio based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, operated by Chris and Dan Rocco. This policy covers roccodigital.ai (and roccodigital.com) and any contact or newsletter forms on it.

What We Collect

  • Contact form — name, email address, and your message when you submit the client inquiry form. Processed by Formspree.
  • Newsletter signup — email address when you subscribe to the Rocco Digital newsletter. Stored and managed by Beehiiv.
  • Web traffic — standard data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically by Cloudflare for site performance and analytics.

We don't use cookies for tracking, run ads, or build behavioral profiles.

How We Use It

  • To respond to client inquiries
  • To send the newsletter you subscribed to
  • To monitor site performance and uptime

We don't use your data for advertising or share it with third parties beyond the services listed below.

Third Parties

  • Cloudflare — website hosting, CDN, and analytics. Subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.
  • Formspree — contact form processing. Your name, email, and message are sent to Formspree to facilitate our response. Subject to Formspree's privacy policy.
  • Beehiiv — newsletter platform. Your email address is stored by Beehiiv and used to send you updates. Subject to Beehiiv's privacy policy.

Data Retention & Deletion

Contact form submissions are retained by Formspree per their standard policies. To request deletion, email us and we'll remove it from our end and request removal from Formspree.

Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. To request full deletion from Beehiiv, email us at [email protected].

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at [email protected] and we'll respond promptly.

California Residents

We do not sell or share personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). California residents may contact us at [email protected] to exercise any applicable rights.
